Return Policy

The LifeCrown is strictly a firefighting safety device designed to be used only on specific firehose couplings that allow for a correct fit.  The use of this device on anything other than its intended use is strictly prohibited.

Non-Defective Product

Returns are accepted with a Return Authorization only.  Returns of undamaged/non-defective product will only be accepted within 30 days of the original date of delivery receipt.  No Returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of the delivery receipt.  LifeCrown Industries is not responsible for return shipping cost of non-defective returned product.  LifeCrown Industries will credit you in the same manner as the original payment.

Defective Product

Returns are accepted with a Return Authorization only.  Returns of defective product or a result of an error made by LifeCrown Industries will be accepted.  In this case, LifeCrown Industries at its discretion may pay the return shipping cost.  In the case where product has been deemed defective, LifeCrown will reimburse the cost of shipping to the customer after the product has been examined by our Returns Department.  Defective product and/or shipping errors need to be reported within 30 days from delivery receipt.  In the event that you do not want to exchange the defective product, LifeCrown Industries will credit you in the same manner as the original payment.
